Establishing A Resilient Anti-racist Workplace Culture

Recorded on Wednesday, 27 January 2021 – 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

2020 brought race and racism to the front of public consciousness. Many individuals and organisations are going through a process of reflection and education to identify and understand how racism may manifest in society and their working cultures.  The challenge for 2021 will be building on this knowledge to create resilient anti-racist workplace environments and cultures.

Howlett Brown Co-Founder and Managing Director, Charlene Brown and Howlett Brown Consultant, Laura Durrant were joined by Dr Wieke Scholten, a Senior Behavioural Specialist at &samhoud consultancy in the Netherlands, to explore some of the emerging trends and challenges that organisations are experiencing. They help to identify some of the issues and ways that organisations can proactively manage and resolve potential scenarios. With a focus on matters such as team culture, governance and grievances. Charlene BrownLaura DurrantDr Wieke Scholten
