Amy Jungwirth
Senior Investigator
Amy is a US qualified employment lawyer with over 7 years of legal, HR, and workplace investigation experience in the EMEA Region, US, and Canada. Amy has performed hundreds of comprehensive end-to-end investigations into violations of law and policy, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, and more. Her work has been across a variety of settings, from multinational organisations to small businesses, in retail and non-retail environments, in both private and public sectors.
Amy relocated to the UK in 2022 to undertake a Masters in Sociocultural Linguistics, studying how linguistic attitudes impact workplace investigations. Amy joined Howlett Brown in January 2025.
A true “people person”, Amy embodies empathy, sensitivity, and tact in her investigations, aiming to make all participants feel recognised and heard. Amy excels at fostering trust, creating safe spaces for dialogue, and facilitating difficult conversations.
In her personal life, Amy is an avid reader, knitter, traveller, and caffeine consumer.
