Celia Bokumbe


Celia is the People and Operations Assistant at Howlett Brown. With years of experience as an Office Manager, she has developed a strong foundation in administration, organisation, and workplace operations.

Her background in managing offices and supporting teams sparked a passion for people, problem-solving, and fostering positive workplace environments, leading her to transition into a career in People and Operations.
In her role, Celia supports the smooth running of Howlett Brown’s internal operations, helping to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and create a workplace where people feel heard, valued, and supported. She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys using her analytical and logical thinking to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Celia holds an MSc in International Business Management, which has strengthened her understanding of organisational strategy, global business dynamics, and people-focused leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, spending time with loved ones, and being part of her church community – moments that keep her grounded and inspired.
