Esame Matthews - Head of Operations

Esame is a Business Studies graduate from Coventry University. Esame brings over 20 years’ experience in International Human Resources working within Professional Services, Financial Services and the Technology industry. Twelve of these years was spent working in the Financial Services industry where Esame was the SME in International Global Mobility.

Esame is HRCI qualified, gaining accreditation as a Global Professional in Human Resources and obtained the Prince 2 certificate in Project Management.

At Howlett Brown, she is the Operations and Matter Manager, with the key objective of this role to create a culture that delivers best in class service whilst identifying areas of improvement and best practice throughout Howlett Brown.

As Operations Manager, she is responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy. She is also the Matter (Project) Manager for multiple projects at one time with responsibility for planning, organising and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring they are on time, on budget, within scope and completed to stakeholder satisfaction.
