Katie has a varied customer-centric and compliance background which has helped her successfully build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaborations and compliance in the work she completes. Katies experience in managing complex complaints processes and adhering to GDPR regulations has helped enhance her skills in problem solving and following a strategic approach.
At Howlett Brown Katie is the Operations Manager with the key objective of assisting the Head of Operations with the smooth running of all things operations from people, administration and strategy.
Outside of work, Katie is a dog mum to two dogs, a French bulldog and a pug x French bulldog. Katie also enjoys taking them on long walks and cuddling on the sofa. Katie also enjoys seeing the world through her travel to various destinations.
