Laura Manners
Investigator
Laura is an investigator at Howlett Brown with over four years of experience in investigations and decision making.
Before joining Howlett Brown, she worked for a healthcare regulator, managing a wide range of fitness to practise cases including bullying, discrimination, harassment and sexual assault. Laura is highly skilled in conducting complex investigations, gathering and analysing evidence and ensuring a fair and transparent process for everyone involved.
Since joining Howlett Brown, Laura specialises in workplace investigations into bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, crisis related issues, discrimination, misconduct, breaches of organisational culture and ethics, controls failings, whistleblowing, microaggressions and wellbeing.
She holds an LLB in Law from the University of Exeter and completed her LPC (LLM) with distinction at BPP Law School. Outside of work, Laura enjoys visiting museums, going to the theatre and trying new restaurants.
