Sarah Brown – People, Culture and Investigations Manager

Sarah is a commercially perceptive and solution-oriented, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5 qualified HR professional who brings her experience in financial services from a large blue-chip retail company and investment bank. Sarah has extensive experience in being a part of an investigations team managing and conducting investigations across multiple jurisdictions and multi-faceted issues, as well as identifying emerging risks, themes and trends that are indicative of workplace cultures that affect morale, productivity, and engagement.  Sarah supports the effective, efficient, and compliant provision of HR functions across the spectrum of employee relations issues which includes matters pertaining to diversity and inclusion, discrimination, culture, harassment, wellbeing and mental health, moving seamlessly between organisational demands and a broad range of personnel needs and cultural fluencies for international organisations. Sarah supports the implementation of new policies and procedures to deliver continuous improvements to the business and delivers training on team dynamics and culture with a Certificate in Training Practice qualification. Sarah has extensive experience in navigating and resolving people related issues involving vulnerable staff or where there are mental ill health challenges supporting both the individuals and the organisations concerned. Sarah takes pride in providing robust solutions for clients.

Sarah has a little boy who she loves building memories with and can also be found with her extended family or enjoying a good meal or spa session with friends.
