Tom Moore - ADVISOR TO THE

Tom Moore has worked in the legal services sector since 2002 as a business development professional and senior executive. Since 2010 he has worked in the legal process outsourcing sector, consulting with law firms, corporations, financial institutions and other professional services organisations on a range of disputes, regulatory and employment investigations.

Tom has consulted on some of the most significant investigations in recent times, ranging from regulatory investigations into global financial benchmark manipulation such as LIBOR and FX for several global investment banks, to employment matters, including group pay discrimination claims and employee investigations into fraud and harassment.

Tom’s consultancy experience focuses on leveraging technology, workflow efficiencies and scalable document review services to support investigations and disputes. Tom has presented at various conferences both in the UK and internationally, providing thought leadership on topics ranging from the changing landscape of legal process outsourcing to the development of class actions and litigation funding outside of the US. He also spent more than a decade in leadership roles at executive search firms specialising in in-house mandates for general counsel and senior legal roles across EMEA.
