Training and facilitation
We offer training and facilitation in two forms:
- Standard: our standard deck on training topics with no design customisation
- Bespoke customisation: training content designed specifically for the employer or service provider, addressing the insights from the facilitated discussions and review of core materials
There are three levels to our customisation:
- Minimum level customisation: referencing core policies, standards and practices
- Enhanced customisation: which includes the minimum level of customisation plus insights, case studies and enhanced expectations of participants following our review and work
- Co-design: our premium customisation approach where we co-design with a core group of stakeholders, run a pilot session and deploy the wider training to all participants

Our Methodology
Our methodology is K.E.A.R which stands for:
Knowledge:
Building understanding, awareness, and confidence. Knowledge includes the culture, legal, societal and people factors related to the focus of the session
Empathy:
Built through exploring case studies, scenarios and lived experiences, reflecting on impact, and discussing the broader consequences from a culture, communication, wellbeing, and workplace perspective. Empathy focusses on developing skills to engage and connect with professionalism, care, and respect
Action:
Developing confidence combined with understanding and meaningful execution and delivery. Action explores the right language, terms, interventions, and strategies that should be considered and where appropriate, deployed. All actions are people centred designed and meet best practice in culture, HR and diversity, equity, and inclusion
Review:
Building muscle memory for continued learning as subjects evolve. Review establishes a continued and constant journey of increasing knowledge, empathy, and action

As part of our learning and development training services, we use case study examples to demonstrate scenarios. Case studies are designed by us and are based on relatable, realistic and real-life experiences, incidents, and challenges to enable participants to acknowledge, visualise and understand the focus of the session and the experiences of people.
Our sessions are designed to:
- Improve the literacy and awareness of the focus of the session from a technical, cultural and experiential perspective
- Increase self-reflection and empathy of lived experiences of peers, recognising how acts, conduct and behaviours are relevant to the circumstances and an insightful advantage to resolve or progress matters in a way that is positive to workplace culture, team dynamics and best practice
- Build confidence and knowledge of what action can be taken in relation to the area of focus in a manner that mitigates legal and reputational risk and protects workplace culture
- Be tailored ensuring that training and support is specifically aligned to our clients and the training audiences such as managers, employees, owners, board level, partners, management committees, legal, communications and people teams
- Be global where required, covering multiple jurisdictions for multi-national and global employers and service providers that meets legal standards of labour, employment and privacy law and cultural fluencies and tensions in each applicable country and ensuring a consistent approach further supporting ‘one’ workplace culture and managing people risk
