Based in the City of London, co-founded by its namesakes Alexandra Howlett and Charlene Brown, Howlett Brown has been created to support employers to operate in an environment where people risk is low and inclusion, integrity and revenue thrive.
Howlett Brown bring together their expertise in employment law, investigations, HR services, workplace culture, diversity and inclusion and law enforcement, to provide hands-on support and strategic solutions to employers. These solutions not only address and remediate employee related issues when they arise, but the culture that underpins them too.
